How to Express Ability/ Lack/ Possibility / Impossibility in Present and Future tense


Present and Future:
1. can/can’t + base form of the verb : I can help you with that next week. / she can’t speak French.
2. am / is / are / will be + able to + base form of the verb : He is able to solve math equations. / He will be able to help you this afternoon.
3. am not/ isn’t / aren’t/ won’t be + able to + base form of the verb : I won’t be able to visit you next summer.
