Hold on/ Hang on: used for telling someone to stop or wait (रुको)

Just wait/ until: to be a patient for a moment (क्षण भर के लिए धैर्य रखें)
Neeraj had to tell people to wait until he comes. (नीरज को लोगों को उसके आने तक इंतजार करने के लिए कहना पड़ा।)
Wait a minute/second: used for telling someone to stop and wait for you (एक मिनट इंतज़ार करें)
He was asked to wait for a minute. (उसे एक मिनट इंतजार करने के लिए कहा गया।)
Let me see: used for saying that you need a moment to think about something (मुझे सोचने का समय दें)
I was confused about the plan, so I told her, “Let me see”. (मैं प्लान के बारे में उलझन में था, इसलिए मैंने उससे कहा, "मुझे सोचने का समय दो।")
Bear with me/us: used as a polite way of asking someone to be patient while you do or finish something (कुछ देर सहन करें जब तक आप अपना काम पूरा कर लें)
