RAIN SHOWER - On and Off rain (बारिश की बौछार/ फुहार)

TORRENTIAL RAIN/ DOWNPOUR/ DRENCHER - heavy rain (मूसलाधार बारिश)

RAINSTORM - a storm with heavy rain (आंधी-तूफ़ान वाली बारिश)

SLEET - precipitation with hail i.e. small ice pellets (ओले के साथ वर्षा)

DELUGE - severe flood or flood-like conditions caused by heavy rain (बाढ़, जल-प्रलय)
