Aarushi murder case reached the court once again

The Supreme Court on Friday admitted a CBI appeal against the acquittal of Rajesh and Nupur Talwar in the case of the murder of their daughter, Aarushi, and domestic help Hemraj in 2008. In October 2017, due to the absence of cogent evidence, the Talwar couple was assoiled by the Allahabad High Court in this case. However, the CBI, which filed the appeal in March last, said the High Court has erred in giving the verdict in the country's most intricate murder case.
