On IRCTC website till now, passengers used to get the facility of booking train and flight tickets, but now buses are also being booked from here. IRCTC issued a statement saying, 'To give customers a better experience, online bus booking has been started. Now passengers can book the bus by visiting the website of IRCTC. This service has been started across the country from 29 January 2021. IRCTC is gradually progressing as the country's first official 'one-stop-shop travel portal'. It said that in order to provide a pleasant travel experience to the customers, IRCTC is already providing train and flight booking facilities and has also started online bus booking service.
आईआरसीटीसी की बेवसाइट पर अब तक यात्रियों को ट्रेन और फ्लाइट टिकट बुकिंग की सुविधा मिलती थी, लेकिन अब यहां से बसों की बुकिंग भी हो रही है। आईआरसीटीसी ने एक स्टेटमेंट जारी कर कहा, 'ग्राहकों को बेहतर अनुभव देने के लिए ऑनलाइन बस बुकिंग की शुरुआत की गई है। अब यात्रीगण IRCTC की वेबसाइट पर विजिट कर बस की बुकिंग करा सकते हैं। देशभर में ये सेवा 29 जनवरी 2021 से ही शुरू कर दी गई है। आईआरसीटीसी धीरे-धीरे देश की पहली सरकारी 'वन स्टॉप शॉप ट्रैवल पोर्टल' के तौर पर आगे बढ़ रहा है। इसमें कहा गया है कि कस्टमर्स को सुखद ट्रैवल एक्सपीरियंस उपलब्ध कराने के लिए आईआरसीटीसी ट्रेन और फ्लाइट बुकिंग की सुविधा पहले से दे रही है और अब ऑनलाइन बस बुकिंग सर्विस की भी शुरुआत कर चुकी है।
