Delhi Lt. Governor should show 'constitutional statesmanship' : SC- Namaste English

Amid the long-standing strife between the Government of Delhi and It's Lieutenant Governor, SC has said that the LG is expected to exhibit "constitutional statesmanship" in administering the affairs of the national capital. Stating that there has to be comity in administration between L-G and the head of the elected government, SC also said that difference of opinion between the two can't be on trivial issues.

दिल्ली की सरकार और उपराज्यपाल के बीच लंबे समय से चल रहे विवाद के चलते उच्च न्यायालय ने कहा है कि राष्ट्रीय राजधानी के मामलों का प्रशासन करने में उपराज्यपाल से "संवैधानिक राजनीतिज्ञता" का प्रदर्शन करने की उम्मीद की जाती है।यह बताते हुए कि उपराज्यपाल और निर्वाचित सरकार के प्रमुख के बीच प्रशासन में सौहार्द होना चाहिए, उच्च न्यायालय ने यह भी कहा कि दोनों के बीच मतभेद का अंतर तुच्छ मुद्दों पर नहीं हो सकता है।
