India ranks 77th in the ranking of countries in ‘Ease of doing Business’ index- Namaste English

India jumped to the 77th spot in the ranking of countries by ‘ease of doing business’ on Wednesday, improving by 23 numbers as compare to 2017 standing on the back of reforms that made it easier to get construction permits, pay taxes and access electricity, according to the World Bank. The World Bank Group’s Doing Business 2019 report said India carried out six business reforms during the past year that earned it the credential of being a top global improver for the second year in a row. The country recorded a rise of 30 places in the rankings last year, clinching the 100th spot.

भारत बुधवार को 'Ease of doing business' में देशों की रैंकिंग में 77 वें स्थान पर पहुंच गया, सुधारों के साथ 2017 के मुकाबले 23 नम्बरों का सुधार हुआ जिससे विश्व बैंक के अनुसार निर्माण परमिट प्राप्त करना आसान हो गया, करों का भुगतान करना और बिजली का उपयोग करना आसान हो गया। विश्व बैंक समूह की डूइंग बिजनेस 2019 की रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि भारत ने पिछले साल के दौरान छह व्यावसायिक सुधार किए थे, जिससे इसे लगातार दूसरे वर्ष के लिए शीर्ष वैश्विक उन्नतिशील होने का प्रमाण पत्र अर्जित मिला था। देश ने पिछले साल रैंकिंग में 30 स्थानों की बढ़ोतरी दर्ज की थी, जिससे उसने 100वां स्थान प्राप्त किया था।
