Railways have taken a number of steps during the Corona period to ensure that passengers do not face any security-related problems while travelling in trains. Now Indian Railways has deployed a special type of ninja drones to monitor the trains. The Ministry says that drones can help in monitoring the assets of the railway, protecting the yards, workshops and car sheds and they can also be used to monitor criminal and anti-social activities gambling, litter such as throwing, ferrying in railway premises.

ट्रेनों में सफर के दौरान यात्रियों को किसी तरह की सुरक्षा संबंधी दिक्कत न हो इसके लिए रेलवे ने कोरोना काल में बहुत सारे कदम उठाए हैं। अब भारतीय रेलवेज ने ट्रेनों पर नजर रखने के लिए खास तरह के निंजा ड्रोन की तैनाती की है।मंत्रालय का कहना है कि ड्रोन रेलवे की परिसंपत्तियों की निगरानी, यार्डों, वर्कशॉप एवं कारशेड की सुरक्षा में मदद कर सकते हैं और इनका उपयेाग जुआ, कूड़ा फेंके जाने, रेल परिसर में फेरी लगाने जैसे अपराधी एवं असामाजिक गतिविधियों पर निगरानी के लिए किया जा सकता है।
