India's first private satellite launched- Namaste English

India’s first satellite built by a private firm is launched into space by Elon Musk’s SpaceX on Monday. It is a mini communication satellite built by Mumbai-based startup ‘Exseed Space’. Weighing just one kg, the satellite is built in just 18 months. It is launched by SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket from the Vandenberg air force base in California along with 63 other satellites from 17 other countries. The mini communication satellite aims at serving the country during national calamities by helping the amateur radio community in coordinating messages amongst them. The Exseed satellite, launched after a delay of 10 days due to technical reasons and weather conditions, is expected to have a life span of two years.

एक निजी फर्म द्वारा निर्मित भारत का पहला उपग्रह सोमवार को एलन मस्क के स्पेसएक्स द्वारा अंतरिक्ष में लॉन्च किया गया। यह मुंबई आधारित स्टार्टअप 'एक्ससीड स्पेस' द्वारा निर्मित एक मिनी संचार उपग्रह है। केवल एक किलो वज़नी, यह उपग्रह केवल 18 महीनों में बनाया गया है। इसे कैलिफ़ोर्निया में वेंडेनबर्ग वायुसेना बेस से स्पेसएक्स के फाल्कन 9 रॉकेट द्वारा 17 अन्य देशों के 63 अन्य उपग्रहों के साथ लॉन्च किया गया। मिनी संचार उपग्रह का उद्देश्य राष्ट्रीय आपदाओं के दौरान देश की सेवा करने के लिए अव्यवसायी रेडियो समुदाय को उनके बीच संदेशों को समन्वयित करने में मदद करना है। तकनीकी कारणों और मौसम की स्थिति के कारण 10 दिनों की देरी के बाद लॉन्च किया गया एक्ससीड उपग्रह, का जीवन काल दो साल होने की उम्मीद है।
