A plan is expected to be brought out in two weeks to resolve the deadlock between stakeholders of group housing projects in Noida, Greater Noida. A senior official of the Uttar Pradesh government gave this information on Monday. According to officials, a meeting of Noida Authority, Greater Noida, bank representatives and real estate developers was held here on May 20 to discuss an action plan for 'stuck' housing projects in the region. An official involved in the meeting said on the condition of anonymity that during the meeting some bankers also expressed concern over the declining viability of the sector in terms of future investment. The official said, "A lot of housing projects in Noida, Greater Noida are stuck for a long time. Home buyers in many projects are waiting for the registry of houses for a long time."
नोएडा, ग्रेटर नोएडा में समूह आवास परियोजनाओं के हितधारकों के बीच गतिरोध को हल किए जाने के लिए दो सप्ताह में योजना लाए जाने की उम्मीद है. उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने सोमवार को यह जानकारी दी. अधिकारियों के अनुसार, नोएडा प्राधिकरण, ग्रेटर नोएडा, बैंक प्रतिनिधियों और रियल एस्टेट डेवलपर्स की एक बैठक 20 मई को यहां आयोजित की गई थी ताकि इस क्षेत्र में 'अटकी हुई' आवास परियोजनाओं के लिए एक कार्य योजना पर चर्चा की जा सके. बैठक में शामिल एक अधिकारी ने नाम नहीं छापने की शर्त पर बताया कि बैठक के दौरान कुछ बैंकरों ने भविष्य में निवेश के संदर्भ में क्षेत्र की घटती व्यवहार्यता पर भी चिंता जताई. अधिकारी ने कहा, "नोएडा, ग्रेटर नोएडा में बहुत सारी आवास परियोजनाएं लंबे समय से अटकी हुई हैं. कई परियोजनाओं में घर खरीदार लंबे समय से घरों की रजिस्ट्री का इंतजार कर रहे हैं."
