In Cricket, India registered a crushing eight-wicket victory over New Zealand in the third T-20 of the five-match series at the ACA Stadium, Barsapara in Guwahati last night. The Suryakumar Yadav-led Men in Blue have now taken an unassailable 3-0 lead in the series.

Chasing the target, India overhauled the total for the loss of two wickets in just 10 overs. Abhishek Sharma smashed 68 off 20 balls, while captain Suryakumar Yadav struck 57 off 26 deliveries.  Abhishek Sharma also entered the record books, scoring the second-fastest T-20 International half-century by an Indian, reaching the milestone in 14 balls. Jasprit Bumrah was adjudged Player of the Match. 

The fourth T20 will be played in Visakhapatnam on Wednesday.

 लक्ष्य का पीछा करते हुए, भारत ने महज 10 ओवरों में दो विकेट के नुकसान पर लक्ष्य हासिल कर लिया। अभिषेक शर्मा ने 20 गेंदों में 68 रन बनाए, जबकि कप्तान सूर्यकुमार यादव ने 26 गेंदों में 57 रन बनाए। अभिषेक शर्मा ने टी-20 अंतरराष्ट्रीय अर्धशतक बनाने का दूसरा सबसे तेज रिकॉर्ड भी बनाया, उन्होंने यह उपलब्धि 14 गेंदों में हासिल की। जसप्रीत बुमराह को मैन ऑफ द मैच चुना गया।

 चौथा टी20 मैच बुधवार को विशाखापत्तनम में खेला जाएगा।
