The festival of Lord Ganesha started- Namaste English

The 10-day long Ganesh Chaturthi festival began today. It is celebrated throughout the country but in Maharashtra, it is celebrated with great fervour and gaiety. The festival begins with devotees, mostly attired in traditional clothes, bringing colourfully-crafted idols in their homes and pandal. Several political leaders and celebrities greeted the nation on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi.

10 दिवसीय गणेश चतुर्थी उत्सव आज से शुरू हुआ। यह पूरे देश में मनाया जाता है, लेकिन महाराष्ट्र में इसे बहुत उत्साह और प्रसन्नता के साथ मनाया जाता है।यह त्योहार भक्तों के साथ शुरू होता है, जो ज्यादातर पारंपरिक वस्त्र पहने होते हैं, अपने घरों और पंडाल में रंग-बिरंगी मूर्तियों को लाते हैं। कई राजनीतिक नेताओं और हस्तियों ने गणेश चतुर्थी के अवसर पर देश को शुभकामनाएं दीं।
