The global economic slowdown also affected India's foreign trade last month. The country's imports and exports declined during November. There was a slight decline in exports while imports fell by more than 12%. In November this year, India's exports fell to $25.98 billion from $26.07 billion in the same month last year. Exports also decreased in November compared to October of the previous month. In October, India exported goods worth $26.38 billion. According to official figures, imports fell by 12.71% to $38.11 billion in November from the same month last year however Imports stood at $43.66 billion in November last year.

वैश्विक आर्थिक सुस्ती का असर बीते महीने भारत के विदेशी व्यापार पर भी पड़ा। देश का आयात और निर्यात दानों में नवंबर के दौरान गिरावट दर्ज की गई। निर्यात में हल्की गिरावट रही जबकि आयात 12 फीसदी से ज्यादा घट गया। इस साल नवंबर में भारत का निर्यात पिछले साल के इसी महीने के 26.07 अरब डॉलर से घटकर 25.98 अरब डॉलर रह गया। पिछले महीने के अक्टूबर के मुकाबले भी नवंबर में निर्यात कम हुआ है। अक्टूबर में भारत ने 26.38 अरब डॉलर मूल्य के वस्तुओं का निर्यात किया था। आधिकारिक आंकड़ों के अनुसार, आयात नवंबर में पिछले साल के इसी महीने से 12.71 फीसदी घटकर 38.11 अरब डॉलर रह गया है, जबकि पिछले साल नवंबर में आयात 43.66 अरब डॉलर था।
