Viswanathan Anand won 2 consecutive titles

Indian Grandmaster Viswanathan Anand, who had been receiving flak for giving average performances for some time now, stunned the world with his two consecutive achievements in three days. After winning the gold medal in World Rapid Chess Championship two days ago, Anand, who entered the tournament in a “pessimistic” frame of mind, gave the critics a proof of his dexterity by winning bronze at World Blitz Championship in Riyadh on Saturday.
