English Grammar Golden Rules - PART 2

1. Adjectives usually come before a noun (except when a verb separates the adjective from the noun).
Example -
1. I have a big dog.
2. She married a handsome Italian man.

2. When using two or more adjectives together, the usual order is opinion-adjective + fact-adjective + noun. (There are some additional rules for the order of fact adjectives.)
Example -
1.I saw a nice French table.
2. That was an interesting Shakespearean play.

3. The words its and it's are two different words with different meanings.
Example -
1.The dog has hurt its leg.
2. He says it's two o'clock.
