इस तरह के वाक्यों में ऎसी एकअवस्था को Describe किया जाता है जिसके होने की संभावना अत्यधिक होती है (90%से अधिक) यदि condition को पूरा किया जाए |

Rule 1 – Conditional Clause को Simple Present tense और Main Clause को will और want से बनाते है |
Rule 2 – Main Clause में कभी will का प्रयोग नहीं किया जाता है
Rule 3 – Conditional Clause में if के स्थान पर when का भी प्रयोग किया जाता है |
Rule 4 – Conditional Clause Sentence में if आगे या पीछे कहीं भी हो सकता है |

2. I will attend your reception party, if I am in the town.
