A special CBI court on Thursday gave its verdict in the Rs 30,000 crore 2G spectrum allocation scam case. All accused, including former telecom minister A. Raja and DMK MP Kanimozhi, has been acquitted. The Court said that the prosecution has miserably failed to prove any of its charges. A wave of celebration started in the UPA government after the decision came. 

सीबीआई की एक विशेष अदालत ने गुरुवार को 30,000 करोड़ रुपये के 2 जी स्पेक्ट्रम आवंटन घोटाले मामले में अपना फैसला सुनाया। पूर्व दूरसंचार मंत्री ए राजा और डीएमके सांसद कनिमोझी समेत सभी अभियुक्तों को बरी कर दिया गया है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि अभियोजन पक्ष अपने किसी भी आरोप को साबित करने में बुरी तरह विफल रहा। फैसला आते ही यूपीए सरकार में एक उत्सव की लहर चल पड़ी।
