After Vijay Mallya claimed that he had met Arun Jaitley before absconding, Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Thursday accused the FM of "colluding" with fugitive Mallya and demanded that he should tender resignation from the post. However, Arun Jaitley termed that meeting with Mallya as brief and by chance. But Congress Rajya Sabha MP P.L. Punia said that he is an eyewitness to that "15-minute long" clandestine meeting and this can be proved from the CCTV footage of the Central Hall of Parliament.
