Madhya Pradesh Public Works Department Minister Rakesh Singh took a meeting regarding the establishment of Geo Park Project in Jabalpur and that project in Lamhetaghat-Bhendaghat Jabalpur. After receiving detailed information from the presentation of Geo Park Project in the meeting, he also gave instructions to various concerned officials. PWD Minister Rakesh Singh said that the country's first Geo Park to be built in Jabalpur will prove to be a milestone in the study of geological formations as well as the development of human civilization, development of tourism and culture. He said that Bhedaghat-Lamhetaghat are known all over the world for geological activities. The agency which has been selected to build this park, presented the entire project of Geo Park through a presentation in the meeting. It was told in the presentation that whatever construction will be done in the Geo Park will be in complete harmony with nature and the construction will be quite attractive. Here structures will be built among thousands of trees which will give people a new experience.

मध्य प्रदेश के लोक निर्माण विभाग मंत्री (Madhya Pradesh Public Works Department Minister) राकेश सिंह ने लम्हेटाघाट-भेंडाघाट जबलपुर में जियो पार्क (Geo Park Project in Jabalpur) की स्थापना एवं उस प्रोजेक्ट के संबंध में बैठक ली. बैठक में जियो पार्क प्रोजेक्ट की प्रेजेंटेशन से विस्तृत जानकारी प्राप्त करने के बाद उन्होंने विभिन्न संबंधितों अधिकारियों में निर्देश भी दिये. PWD मंत्री राकेश सिंह ने कहा कि जबलपुर में बनने वाला देश का पहला जियो पार्क जियोलॉजिकल संरचनाओं के साथ-साथ मानव सभ्यता के विकास के अध्ययन, पर्यटन और संस्कृति के विकास में भी मील का पत्थर साबित होगा. उन्होंने कहा की भेड़ाघाट-लम्हेटाघाट जियोलॉजिकल गतिविधियों के लिए दुनिया भर में जाने जाते हैं. जिस एजेंसी का चयन इस पार्क को बनाने के लिए किया गया है, उसने बैठक में प्रेजेंटेशन के माध्यम से जियो पार्क की संपूर्ण परियोजना का प्रस्तुतीकरण दिया. प्रेजेंटेशन में बताया गया कि जियो पार्क में जो भी निर्माण होगा वह प्रकृति के साथ पूरे तालमेल में रहेगा एवं निर्माण काफ़ी मनमोहक होगा. यहां हजारों पेड़ों के बीच में स्ट्रक्चर बनाए जाएंगे जिससे लोगों को एक नया अनुभव मिलेगा.
