Besides causing widespread damage in Odisha and Andhra Pradesh, severe cyclonic storm 'Titli' resulted in the death of 8 people. Due to the dire storm, road and telecommunications networks, and power and water supply have also been disrupted. Andhra Pradesh CM, Chandrababu Naidu has sought center's assistance to bring the state back to normalcy.
