After improvement in air quality, the restrictions prescribed under Phase-4 of the Centre's Air Pollution Control Scheme have been lifted in Delhi-NCR. An order has been issued in this regard. Delhi's air quality level (AQI) improved from 'severe' level to 'very poor' level on Saturday. After this the government reduced the level of warning regarding pollution. The government has allowed diesel trucks to enter the national capital. Air quality has improved due to increase in wind speed. The air quality improved from 405 on Friday to 317 at 4 pm. Today air quality was recorded at 274 in neighboring Ghaziabad, 346 in Gurugram, 258 in Greater Noida, 285 in Noida and 328 in Faridabad. After significant improvement in air quality, the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) lifted Stage-IV restrictions under the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) in Delhi. The Air Quality Management Commission said in a release that restrictions against pollution will continue under Phase I to Phase III of GRAP. restrictions under Phase IV were imposed on 5 November. These included a ban on all diesel four-wheelers except those complying with BS-VI emission norms. Medium and heavy diesel vehicles were banned in Delhi, except those used for essential or emergency services. Now trucks will be allowed to enter Delhi.

हवा की गुणवत्ता में सुधार के बाद दिल्ली-एनसीआर में केंद्र की वायु प्रदूषण नियंत्रण योजना के चरण-4 के तहत निर्धारित प्रतिबंध हटा दिए गए हैं. इस बारे में आदेश जारी कर दिया गया है. दिल्ली का वायु गुणवत्ता स्तर (AQI) शनिवार को 'गंभीर' स्तर से सुधरकर 'बहुत खराब' स्तर पर आ गया. इसके बाद सरकार ने प्रदूषण को लेकर चेतावनी का स्तर कम कर दिया. सरकार ने डीजल ट्रकों को राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में प्रवेश की इजाजत दे दी है. हवा की गति में तेजी आने के कारण वायु गुणवत्ता में सुधार हुआ है. हवा की गुणवत्ता शुक्रवार को 405 से सुधरकर शाम 4 बजे 317 पर पहुंच गई. पड़ोसी क्षेत्र गाजियाबाद में आज वायु गुणवत्ता 274, गुरुग्राम में 346, ग्रेटर नोएडा में 258, नोएडा में 285 और फरीदाबाद में 328 दर्ज की गई. वायु गुणवत्ता में उल्लेखनीय सुधार के बाद, वायु गुणवत्ता प्रबंधन आयोग (CAQM) ने दिल्ली में ग्रेडेड रिस्पांस एक्शन प्लान (GRAP) के तहत स्टेज-IV के प्रतिबंध हटा दिए. वायु गुणवत्ता प्रबंधन आयोग ने एक विज्ञप्ति में कहा, जीआरएपी के चरण I से चरण III के तहत प्रदूषण के खिलाफ प्रतिबंध जारी रहेंगे. चरण IV के तहत प्रतिबंध 5 नवंबर को लगाए गए थे. इनमें बीएस-VI इमिशन मानदंडों का अनुपालन करने वाले वाहनों को छोड़कर सभी डीजल चार पहिया वाहनों पर प्रतिबंध शामिल था. आवश्यक या इमरजेंसी सर्विस के लिए उपयोग किए जाने वाले वाहनों को छोड़कर दिल्ली में मध्यम और भारी डीजल वाहनों पर रोक लगा दी गई थी. अब ट्रकों को दिल्ली में प्रवेश की इजजात होगी.
