Diljit Dosanjh, who was all set to unveil his wax figure at the prestigious Madame Tussauds in Delhi, has postponed the launch indefinitely. The Punjabi singer-cum-actor took the decision in wake of the ongoing cross border tension between India and Pakistan. According to media reports, Diljit not only canceled today's launch event but also postponed it until further notice. He said, "Our soldiers are fighting hard to protect the Nation. We stand by our Soldiers. Amidst the tensions rising across the Nation, have decided to re-schedule the launch of Madam Tussauds WAX Statue”.

दिलजीत दोसांज, जो दिल्ली में प्रतिष्ठित मैडम तुसाद में अपनी मोम की प्रतिमा का अनावरण करने के लिए तैयार थे, ने अनिश्चित काल के लिए लोकार्पण को स्थगित कर दिया। पंजाबी गायक-सह-अभिनेता ने भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच सीमा पार तनाव के मद्देनजर निर्णय लिया। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, दिलजीत ने न केवल आज के लॉन्च इवेंट को रद्द कर दिया, बल्कि अगली सूचना तक इसे स्थगित भी कर दिया। उन्होंने कहा, "हमारे सैनिक राष्ट्र की रक्षा के लिए कड़ी मेहनत कर रहे हैं। हम अपने सैनिकों के साथ खड़े हैं। राष्ट्र भर में बढ़ रहे तनावों के बीच,  मैडम तुसाद वैक्स स्टैचू के लॉन्च को फिर से निर्धारित करने का फैसला किया है।"
