After Coronavirus, a new disease is spreading in many states of America. Red and yellow onions are causing the spread of this disease. So far, more than 400 people have fallen ill in 34 states of the US due to this disease. America's largest health agency Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has warned people to take precautions and be cautious about eating onions. The infection of salmonella bacteria from red and yellow onions is spreading in many states. There have also been cases of Salmonella bacterial infection in Canada. So far 60 people are admitted to hospitals in Canada because of this bacteria.

कोरोना वायरस के बाद अब अमेरिका के कई राज्यों में नई बीमारी फैल रही है। इस बीमारी के फैलने की वजह बन रही लाल और पीली प्याज। इस बीमारी की वजह से अब तक अमेरिका के 34 राज्यों में 400 से ज्यादा लोग बीमार हो चुके हैं। अमेरिका की सबसे बड़ी स्वास्थ्य एजेंसी सेंटर्स फॉर डिसीज कंट्रोल एंड प्रिवेंशन (सीडीसी) ने लोगों को प्याज खाने को लेकर एहतियात बरतने और सतर्क रहने की चेतावनी दी है। कई राज्यों में लाल और पीली प्याज से सैल्मोनेला जीवाणु का संक्रमण फैल रहा है। कनाडा में भी सैल्मोनेला जीवाणु के संक्रमण के मामले सामने आए हैं। इस जीवाणु की वजह से कनाडा में अब तक 60 लोग अस्पतालों में भर्ती हैं।
