While companies have stopped valuation of employees this year due to Coronavirus, now companies are planning to give a big increase in salary to employees next year. After taking tough decisions in the second and third quarter of this year due to the Covid-19 crisis, Indian companies are looking to invest in talent again. A new survey has revealed that 87 per cent of companies have plans to increase personnel salaries in 2021. The report states that the sectors providing the highest wage growth include Hitech, Information Technology (IT), IT Enabled Services (ITES), Life Sciences, e-commerce and professional services

कोरोना वायरस की वजह से जहां इस साल कंपनियों ने कर्मचारियों का मूल्यांकन रोक दिया था, वहीं अब कंपनियां अगले साल कर्मचारियों को सैलरी में अच्छी खासी वृद्धि देने का मन बना रही हैं। कोविड-19 संकट के चलते इस साल की दूसरी और तीसरी तिमाही में कड़े फैसले लेने के बाद, भारतीय कंपनियां फिर से टैलेंट में निवेश करने के लिए तैयार दिख रही है। एक नए सर्वेक्षण में पता चला है कि 87 फीसदी कंपनियों ने कर्मियों का वेतन 2021 में बढ़ाने की योजना बनाई है। रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि सबसे ज्यादा वेतन वृद्धि प्रदान करने वाले सेक्टर में हाईटेक, सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी (आईटी), आईटी इनेबल्ड सर्विस (आईटीईएस), लाइफ साइंसेस, ई-कॉमर्स और पेशेवर सेवाएं शामिल हैं।
