After President Pranab Mukherjee's description of GST as a 'disruptive change' in his speech, chief economic adviser Arvind Subramanian exuded confidence of resolving teething problems of GST implementation in one-two months.
"There will be some hurdles initially. But we will be able to remove them in 1-2 months,” Subramanian told media after attending the GST rollout ceremony held in Parliament.

राष्ट्रपति प्रणब मुखर्जी द्वारा अपने भाषण में GST का वर्णन एक 'हानीकारक परिवर्तन' की तरह करने के बाद, मुख्य आर्थिक सलाहकार अरविंद सुब्रमण्यन ने  GST कार्यान्वयन की शुरुआती समस्याओं को एक-दो महीने में हल करने का विश्वास व्यक्त किया।
संसद में आयोजित GST रोलआउट समारोह में शामिल होने के बाद सुब्रमण्यन ने मीडिया से कहा, "शुरूआत में कुछ बाधाएं होंगी लेकिन हम उन्हें 1-2 महीने में हटा सकते हैं।"
