Police have issued a look-up notice against the close aide and adopted daughter of Dera chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim, Honeypreet Singh Insaan, who is accused of hatching an 'escape plan' for the convicted guru in Panchkula court. Ever since the Haryana police managed to thwart the so-called 'escape conspiracy' of the sanctimonious guru, Honeypreet is absconding.
