The HRD ministry’s secretary Anil Swarup said today that keeping in mind the paramount interest of students, CBSE has decided not to conduct a re-exam of the Class 10 mathematics exam. This decision has come after a thorough analysis and evaluation of the answer sheets which showed that the leak has not impacted the exam outcome. The news will give some respite to the 1.7 million students who took this exam on March 28.
