After the Election Commission recommended to the President that 20 AAP MLAs be disqualified for holding offices of profit, the Aam Aadmi Party party has asserted that they are “not afraid of by-polls.” countering the allegations levelled against the party, AAP's Delhi chief, Gopal Rai said, “It is an undemocratic step and we will go to all democratic fora seeking justice."
