The online driving test to obtain a learners' licence, rolled out by the Delhi government, saw nearly 75 per cent of applicants succeed within one month of launch. Delhi government's transport department started the facility on August 11 for eligible persons to apply online to get learners' licences, and take the test from the comfort of their home or workplace.As per the official figures, a total of 37,784 applications were received till September 11, reported news agency PTI. Of these, 28,115 applicants , or 75 per cent, successfully passed the online test. There were 9,669 pending applications while 2,207 failed the test. Those who failed due to colour blindness numbered 328, the report said.

लर्नर्स लाइसेंस प्राप्त करने के लिए दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा शुरू किए गए ऑनलाइन ड्राइविंग टेस्ट में लगभग 75 प्रतिशत आवेदकों ने लॉन्च के एक महीने के भीतर सफल हो गए। दिल्ली सरकार के परिवहन विभाग ने 11 अगस्त को पात्र व्यक्तियों के लिए लर्नर्स लाइसेंस प्राप्त करने के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने और अपने घर या कार्यस्थल से परीक्षा देने की सुविधा शुरू की थी। समाचार एजेंसी पीटीआई की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, आधिकारिक आंकड़ों के अनुसार, 11 सितंबर तक कुल 37,784 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए थे। इनमें से 28,115 या 75 प्रतिशत आवेदकों ने सफलतापूर्वक ऑनलाइन परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण की। 9,669 आवेदन लंबित थे जबकि 2,207 परीक्षण में विफल रहे। रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि कलर ब्लाइंडनेस के कारण फेल होने वालों की संख्या 328 है।
