Pakistan's Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will visit India on May 4-5 to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) foreign ministers' meeting. This information has been given in the briefing of Pakistan MOFA. Let us tell you that India has invited Foreign Ministers of Shanghai Cooperation Organization member countries, including Bilawal Bhutto Zardari of Pakistan and Qin Gang of China, for a high-level meeting to be held in May. The last meeting of SCO was held in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. Pakistan Foreign Ministry said, "Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will lead the Pakistan delegation to the Shanghai Cooperation Council of Foreign Ministers to be held in Goa on 4 and 5 May." With this, the speculations that had been going on for weeks came to an end whether Bhutto would personally attend the conference or not. Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mumtaz Zehra Baloch said that Pakistan's Foreign Minister Indian Foreign Minister S. Will attend the conference on Jaishankar's invitation. "Our participation in the meeting reflects Pakistan's commitment to the SCO charter and procedures and the importance accorded to the region in Pakistan's foreign policy priorities," he said.

शंघाई कोऑपरेशन ऑर्गेनाइज़ेशन (SCO) विदेश मंत्रियों की बैठक में हिस्सा लेने के लिए पाकिस्तान के विदेश मंत्री बिलावल भुट्टो ज़रदारी 4-5 मई को भारत आएंगे.  पाकिस्तान MOFA की ब्रीफ़िंग में ये जानकारी दी गई है. बता दें कि भारत ने पाकिस्तान के बिलावल भुट्टो जरदारी और चीन के किन गैंग समेत शंघाई सहयोग संगठन के सदस्य देशों के विदेश मंत्रियों को मई में होने वाली उच्च स्तरीय बैठक के लिए आमंत्रित किया है. एससीओ की आखिरी बैठक उज्बेकिस्तान के समरकंद में हुई थी.  पाकिस्‍तान विदेश मंत्रालय ने कहा, "विदेश मंत्री बिलावल भुट्टो जरदारी 4 और 5 मई को गोवा में आयोजित होने वाले विदेश मंत्रियों की शंघाई सहयोग परिषद में पाकिस्तान प्रतिनिधिमंडल का नेतृत्व करेंगे." इसके साथ ही हफ्तों से चली आ रही इन अटकलों पर विराम लग गया कि भुट्टो व्यक्तिगत रूप से सम्मेलन में हिस्सा लेंगे या नहीं. विदेश मंत्रालय की प्रवक्ता मुमताज जेहरा बलूच ने कहा कि पाकिस्तान के विदेश मंत्री भारतीय विदेश मंत्री एस. जयशंकर के निमंत्रण पर सम्मेलन में शामिल होंगे. उन्होंने कहा, "बैठक में हमारी भागीदारी एससीओ चार्टर और प्रक्रियाओं के प्रति पाकिस्तान की प्रतिबद्धता और पाकिस्तान की विदेश नीति की प्राथमिकताओं में क्षेत्र को दिए जाने वाले महत्व को दर्शाती है."
