The Supreme Court refused on Friday to modify its order banning firecracker sales in Delhi-NCR until the end of this month and has lamented the communal colour given to it by the people. The apex court has reiterated that this ban is a temporary experiment to gauge air quality and added that the issue should not be politicised.
