The Supreme Court on Wednesday agreed to hear next week a plea seeking to quash the Rafale deal between India and France. Petitioner M L Sharma has alleged that there are some discrepancies in this deal. He has claimed that this deal is an "outcome of corruption" and it has been not ratified by Parliament under Article 253 of the Constitution.
