The Telangana government has decided to increase the age of aspirants who want to apply for the 17,000 posts in uniformed departments which includes police and fire services. The decision by the sate government comes as a relief for many candidates who wants to take part in the recruitment drive being done by the Telangana government.According to the earlier notification, the age requirement for candidates appearing for constables was kept between 18-25 years of age wheare as the age for applying the sub inspectors was kept at 21-28 years(for general category). Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has taken the decision to increase the upper age limit by two more years in the recruitment of posts in the police department, an official release said.
तेलंगाना सरकार ने उन उम्मीदवारों की आयु बढ़ाने का फैसला किया है जो वर्दीधारी विभागों में 17,000 पदों के लिए आवेदन करना चाहते हैं, जिसमें पुलिस और अग्निशमन सेवाएं शामिल हैं। राज्य सरकार का निर्णय कई उम्मीदवारों के लिए राहत की बात है जो तेलंगाना सरकार द्वारा किए जा रहे भर्ती अभियान में भाग लेना चाहते हैं। पहले की अधिसूचना के अनुसार, कांस्टेबलों के लिए आवेदन करने वाले उम्मीदवारों की आयु सीमा 18-25 वर्ष के बीच रखी गई थी। उप निरीक्षकों को आवेदन करने की आयु के रूप में आयु वर्ग 21-28 वर्ष (सामान्य श्रेणी के लिए) रखा गया था। एक आधिकारिक विज्ञप्ति में कहा गया है कि मुख्यमंत्री के चंद्रशेखर राव ने पुलिस विभाग में पदों की भर्ती में ऊपरी आयु सीमा को दो साल और बढ़ाने का फैसला किया है।
