WhatsApp will now also provide loans to people in India. The company has partnered with Indian banks. The company will also arrange insurance and pension for low-income employees. Facebook company WhatsApp has partnered with ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank for this service. Presently, under this service of WhatsApp, there has been discussion of providing insurance and pension in rural areas. India's WhatsApp head, Abhijit Bose, has said that the company wants to ease banking services in the coming year by partnering with more banks, especially for low-income and rural people.
