भारतीय मौसम विज्ञान विभाग (IMD) ने 2 जनवरी तक देश के कई हिस्सों में बहुत घने कोहरे, बारिश की भविष्यवाणी जारी की है। आईएमडी के अनुसार, 25-27 दिसंबर के दौरान पंजाब, हरियाणा और पूर्वी उत्तर प्रदेश के अलग-अलग हिस्सों में और 25 दिसंबर को राजस्थान और उत्तरी मध्य प्रदेश में सुबह के समय घने से बहुत घने कोहरे की स्थिति की भविष्यवाणी की गई है। आईएमडी ने घने कोहरे की भी भविष्यवाणी की है दिल्ली में 25 दिसंबर से 28 दिसंबर तक. आईएमडी ने कहा कि 29 दिसंबर से 30 दिसंबर तक कोहरा छाया रहेगा और न्यूनतम तापमान में कुछ डिग्री की गिरावट आने की उम्मीद है। इससे पहले रविवार को दिल्ली में न्यूनतम तापमान 7.6 डिग्री सेल्सियस पर पहुंच गया, जो इस मौसम के लिए सामान्य है।

The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued very dense fog, rainfall predictions in several parts of the country till 2 January. As per IMD, dense to very dense fog conditions has been predicted in morning hours in isolated pockets of Punjab, Haryana and East Uttar Pradesh during 25th-27th December and over Rajasthan and north Madhya Pradesh on 25th December.The IMD has also forecast dense fog in Delhi from 25 December-28 December. There will be foggy conditions from December 29 to December 30, and the minimum temperature is expected to dip by a few notches, IMD said. Earlier on Sunday, the minimum temperature in Delhi settled at 7.6 degrees Celsius, normal for the season.
