Whom - किसको। जब वाक्य में object के विषय में कुछ प्रश्न पूछना हो तो प्रश्न को Whom से शुरू करते हैं। Object कोई person, pronoun, thing या animal भी हो सकता है। We use "whom" to ask which person receives an action. जैसे:

• We fought the terrorists. (हम आतंकवादियों से लड़े।) → Whom did we fight? (हम किससे लड़े?)


• I drew this picture for you. (मैंने आपके लिए इस तस्वीर को बनाया।) → For whom did I draw this picture? (किसके लिए मैंने यह तस्वीर बनाई?)


• I am going to invite my friends. (मैं अपने दोस्तों को आमंत्रित करने जा रहा हूँ।) → Whom are you going to invite? (आप किसे आमंत्रित करने के लिए जा रहे हैं?)

Some more examples:

• Whom did he blame for the accident? (उसने दुर्घटना के लिए किसे दोषी ठहराया?)


• Whom is he having lunch with? (वह किसके साथ भोजन कर रहा है?)


• Whom are you talking about? (तुम किसके बारे में बात कर रहे हो?)


• Whom do you want to meet? (आप किससे मिलना चाहते हैं?)


• Whom do they wish to see? (किसे वे देखना चाहते हैं?)
