Use of had (Negative Sentences) in spoken and written English - #namasteenglish #namaste_english

भूतकाल में possession/ ownership या सम्बन्ध बताने के लिए had का प्रयोग होता है। इसका नकारात्मक वाक्य बनाने के हम did not (didn't) का प्रयोग करते है और had की जगह have का प्रयोग करते है। इसके अतिरिक्त had no का प्रयोग करके भी नकारात्मक वाक्य बना सकते है।

Subject + did + not + have + object

or

Subject + had + no + object

Example:

He didn't have fever. or He had no fever. (उसको बुखार नहीं था।)

You didn't have house. or You had no house. (आपके पास घर नहीं था।)

They didn’t have books. or They had no books. (उनके पास किताबें नहीं थी।)

We didn’t have a mobile. or We had no mobile. (हमारे पास मोबाइल नहीं था।)

Raju didn't have money. or Raju had no money. (राजू के पास पैसे नहीं थे।)
