Where to use Capitalization PART 1 - in written English - #Namaste English
Always capitalize the following:
The first word in a sentence. Example: I grew up in India. / She left a message on my phone.
The pronoun I. Example: This country is where I dreamed of.
The first letter of a proper noun (specific name). Example: David wants to play soccer with us. / I like Coca-Cola.
The first letter of months, days, and holidays (but not seasons). Example: Today is June 8, 2011. / This summer is going to be very hot.
