swear - Soldiers swore to take revenge. (सैनिकों ने बदला लेने की कसम खाई।)
[Wrong: swore revenging]
tend - These plants tend to grow slowly. (ये पौधे धीरे-धीरे बढ़ते हैं।)
[Wrong: tend growing]
threaten - China has threatened to attack India. (चीन ने भारत पर हमला करने की धमकी दी है।)
[Wrong: threatened hurting]
undertake - She undertook to design the new collection. (उसने नया संग्रह डिजाइन करने का काम किया।)
[Wrong: undertook designing]
want - My parents wanted to speak with me in private. (मेरे माता-पिता मुझ से एकांत में बात करना चाहते थे।)
[Wrong: want speaking]
wish - I wish to change my mobile. (मैं अपना मोबाइल बदलना चाहता हूँ।)
