1. Pass out and Pass away
Pass out means unconscious (बेहोशी आ जाना)
E.g. He passed out because of weakness.

Pass away means to die (मृत्यु होना)
E.g. His grandmother passed away last night.

2. Wake up and Get up
Wake up means opening your eyes (आँखें खोलना )
Get up means getting out of bed (बिस्तर से उठना )
E.g. I woke up at 7 am but I didn't get up until 8 am.
